We especially enjoyed the amenities such as the sitting area and terrace, where we could take in the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offered a delicious menu with a variety of options, guaranteeing that there was something for everyone. the quality of service and comfort provided by this venue exceeded our expectations.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its first-class rooms, terrific food, and great location near Schloss Burresheim and Burg Eltz. The staff were incredibly hospitable and always ready to meet our requests. The hotel also offers a nice menu and a cozy bar. The lodge-like atmosphere, complete with a pond and river, added to the charm. a fantastic experience.

It's located near hiking trails. The lobby is decorated in a unique style and the breakfast area has a picturesque view of the garden.

The hotel's surroundings were a perfect natural getaway. We were able to enjoy the peace and quiet of the woods while hiking in the nearby trails and admiring the pond and river. The breakfast offered was delicious and included a variety of choices. Additionally, the staff provided great customer service and was always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

Although the hotel's location was beautiful, some of the rooms needed small improvements, such as new shower heads and more toiletries. The Wi-Fi connection was not very strong which made it difficult to use. Additionally, we wish the hotel would have offered more options for breakfast to accommodate different tastes.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience. The rooms were nicely decorated to add to the festive mood. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious, especially the Christmas dinner. the hotel's location provided easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers.

The bathroom amenities were not up to par as there were no bathrobes or bath oils in the room. , the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, which made it difficult to work or stay connected with family and friends during the holiday.
